MedUnity has sold its shares in ClariDIS to iMedicor. With this sale the production ready ClariDIS middleware will soon be part of iMedicor's social medical record exchange service offering medical practices the ability to generate cumulative diagnostic report on demand.

MedUnity has formed a joint company, ClariDIS, with the Diagnostic Information System Company(DIS) of Rhode Island to develop the DIS patent for a cumulative diagnostic reporting middleware service.
